This agreement governs the relationship between ‘You’ and Intellectual Property and Software Ltd ("IP&S", “we”, “us” or “our”) when you access and use our Service(s) (as defined below). In this agreement “You” means you, the user of the “Service” and “Your” shall be interpreted accordingly. “Users” means the users of the Service collectively and/or individually as the context permits.

If these agreements are translated into another language, the English language version will prevail in the event of any conflict between the translation and the English language version.

IP&S Limited is licensed to provide interactive betting opportunities under Internet Gaming Licences issued by the UK Gambling Commission on 12/11/2014 and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission on 28/09/2011. If You contravene any of the stipulations in 3.1, then You will not be entitled to collect any winnings. Furthermore persons knowingly in breach are committing fraud and may be subject to criminal prosecution.


You agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published on this website from time to time. Such rules form part of and are incorporated in these terms.


You promise that the source of all funds used by You on the Service is legal.

4. Registration


Following registration we will request a username and password for security purposes. The password that you choose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account username and password are accepted by Us on the understanding that you are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed Your account and we are not informed, we accept no liability for monies or information lost or misused. Only one account per person is permitted.


You agree to be solely responsible for all use of this Website or any playing of the Games through use of your account username and password. You are responsible for keeping all of these confidential. If You believe Your password is being used by a third party, You must notify Customer Support by email at Any unauthorised use of Your username and password, unless caused by negligence on Our Part, will be deemed as Your use and is Your responsibility.


We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity at any time and will be carrying out regular checks of our members. Failure to provide substantiated proof of age or other requested information will result in the suspension of your account. IP&S Ltd reserves the right to refuse to register You and/or to suspend and/or terminate Your registration and/or account at any time in each case in our sole and absolute discretion and we shall not be obliged to provide You with any reasons for so doing. Furthermore, We reserve the right to refund to You or withhold any payment of monies from or into Your account if there is manipulation of Our financial system or suspicion or evidence thereof or a breach or suspected breach of any applicable law, regulation or any of these terms, in each case without providing any reason. Use of any account otherwise than in accordance with these terms or any other abuse of any account is strictly prohibited.


We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate Your registration and/or account immediately and without consultation, notification or giving reasons therefore in the event that You cause to be published on, and/or send via, our website or by playing any of the Games any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language or material or if You are in breach, or are suspected of any breach of, any applicable law or regulation or should We deem it in the best interests of IP&S Ltd to do so. This applies also to Your registration details and to breach by You of our privacy policy.


It is your responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with all laws and regulations in any jurisdiction where You are located or resident and that you have complete and unrestricted legal right to use this service, and to register and participate in the Games.


Use of the website will be closely monitored to ensure that no customer is using the site with a frequency or in a manner which might suggest that he or she is not using it for personal use (on behalf of another), and we reserve the right to withhold any monies and/or suspend and/or terminate the registration and/or account if we consider that the site is so being used.

Save as expressly provided in 8 below, any downloading, use or copying of Website and / or Mobile Materials is strictly prohibited and, in particular, you agree to use the Website and / or Mobile Materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and specifically not for any business, commercial or public purpose.


The following activities are prohibited without the express prior written permission of IP&S Ltd -the deployment within this website of any spider, robot, web crawler or other automated query program; and the re-use and/or aggregation of any of the Website Materials in the provision of a commercial service.


The copying and use of third party Website Materials accessed via this website is governed by the terms of use applicable to the third party site which you have accessed.

6. Your Account


You must have registered an Account with us and deposited a minimum of £10 in order to play the Cash Games on Our Service. You can then wager up to the amount available in Your account.


You can make deposits into your account by accessing the 'cashier' option in the Account section. You can only register one active card number with your account and no card can be registered to more than one account. You can only use your card to make deposits in the account with which it has been registered.


When using Our services, you will send money to and may receive money from Us. We may use third party payment service providers (PSPs) to process deposits and withdrawals from Your account. You authorise Us to use PSPs, as necessary to process transactions.


The limits to depositing monies on Your account are as follows:

In the event that there is a chargeback for whatever reason you accept and acknowledge that we will be able to suspend your account indefinitely to enable us to investigate and resolve the matter. During such period any monies due or requested will be withheld.


The balance held in your account will not earn interest in your favour.


You must maintain your account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) for any reason, and in any event you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in credit in your account (after taking into account all previous wagers).


Subject to the provisions of these terms, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by wire transfer back to credit or debit card (subject to the conditions set out below and after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. You may only make a maximum of 5 withdrawals from your account in any one 24 hour period. Please note the following conditions:

- Withdrawal by wire transfer is only available for a United Kingdom bank account: each withdrawal must be at least £20 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1(a) above. Wire transfers in excess of £1,000 will require proof of identity to be provided.

- Withdrawal by DBT (Direct Bank Transfer) is only available for a foreign bank account: each withdrawal must be to the equivalent value of £20 in the specific currency (saved in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and no greater than (£10,000 in the specific currency) in any 24-hour period. A transfer will only be made to an account in your name and such account must not be at a branch located in any of the jurisdictions referred to at 3.1(a) above. DBT transfers in excess of (£1,000 in the specific currency) will require proof of identity to be provided.

- Withdrawal by Credit or Debit Card Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro: each withdrawal must be at least £20 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £10,000 in any 24-hour period. Withdrawals in excess of £1,000 will require proof of identity to be provided.

- We do NOT offer withdrawal by cheque.

We also reserve the right to pay individual withdrawal requests over £10,000 in monthly installments of £10,000, e.g.: should You make a withdrawal request of £20,000, we reserve the right to fulfil that request/s in monthly instalments of £10,000.

If you wish to withdraw less than the minimum amount or more than the maximum amount please contact Customer Services to arrange the withdrawal.


Subject to the provisions of these terms, when you close your account you will be entitled to the return of all funds in it.


If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to an account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing the Games.


To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, you accept that we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation. In addition, we will not register you unless you provide us with the correct documentation requested of you in order to verify your identity.


If any of your personal account details (email address, billing address, card number etc.) or other financial information relevant to your account change, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. We reserve the right to terminate the provision of your account and gaming service at any time. In the event of such termination, any winnings in your account will be paid within 60 days of such termination. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.


In the normal course of play, players will not be charged to deposit or withdraw funds. However in the event of any suspected misuse of the deposit and withdrawal functionality, IP&S Ltd reserve the absolute right to charge players a handling fee reflecting the costs of any financial transaction charges incurred as a result of an individual players misuse of the financial functionality.


If your account has been inactive for 2 years it will be suspended. We will reclaim funds from any account that shows no activity over a 2 year period.


Any bonus funds awarded may be retrieved if there is no activity on your account for a given period.


We are required by our licence to inform customers about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you, and the extent to which funds are protected in the event of insolvency. Customers' real money balances are retained in a segregated bank account distinct from those bank accounts utilized by the Company to operate its business. 7. Responsible Gambling


You understand that You may lose money on bets and/ or wages when using the Service(s) on the Website and the responsibility for this lies solely with You.

10. Rules Governing Games

13. Security Policy


IP&S Ltd is committed to the security of all personal and banking details entered onto the site. It is only necessary to enter your debit or credit card details once. After that Your debit or credit card details will only be used if you make a deposit or withdrawal and are then transmitted between one of the leading e-commerce payment service providers who in turn have secure encrypted links between themselves and all the major banks.


By registering and depositing cash online IP&S Ltd employees do not have access to your debit or credit card details. Please note that IP&S Ltd will be carrying out substantial fraud checks.

14. Bonus Overview

Bingo Loopy may award bonuses to players upon successful registration and/ or at any point during your continued use of your account. Please read these rules carefully and make sure that you fully understand the contents before agreeing to be bound by them. You can opt not to receive bonuses at the point of registration or by contacting customer support via if you’ve already registered.

All bonuses awarded work in the following way:

- Players accounts will have a Bonus Balance containing bonus money (if any) that is kept separately from their cash balance

- On placing a  bet money is subtracted from the Cash Balance, unless the amount is zero, upon which it will be taken from the Bonus Balance

- Any winnings are added to the Bonus Balance and can not be withdrawn until the specified Wagering Requirements for the bonus are met

- Similarly the Bonus itself cannot be withdrawn until the specific Wagering Requirements have been met

- Once the Wagering Requirements have been met, the amount in the Bonus Balance linked to the active bonus will transfer to the Cash Balance, where it can then be withdrawn

14.1 Welcome Bonus


Bonuses are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, who register to full member status and deposit funds into their account. Each new depositing sign-up can receive a 100% first deposit match of up to £100.00 maximum. This welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of X 4.


The bonus will only be given to players who have agreed to receive the bonus along with the terms and conditions.


The bonus will be deposited into a player's bonus balance on their account. Players are unable to withdraw from their Bonus Balance. If Cash is deposited into Your account this will show as a Cash Balance. The Cash Balance may be withdrawn but any bonus amount remaining in your Bonus Balance will be lost.


Bets will be funded from your Cash Balance, unless it is zero at which point bets will automatically be taken from your Bonus Balance. When you have an active bonus, all winnings will be added to your Bonus Balance and can only be withdrawn once Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Once Wagering Requirements have been met the Bonus Balance will be transferred to your Cash Balance and is available for withdrawal.


Wagering Requirements as defined in these terms and conditions mean the total amount of bets that must be staked before the relevant Bonus and any winnings are available for withdrawal from your Cash Balance.


Wagering Requirements for each bonus will always be communicated as a multiple of either;

- the deposit

- the bonus

- or both

The wagering requirements for the Welcome Bonus are 4 times the bonus amount awarded.

Bets on different games contribute towards Wagering Requirements to varying degrees, not all bets will count. Bets on Slots and Instant Win games will contribute 100% (with the exception of these excluded games) of the actual wagering towards the Wagering Requirement (with the exception of Hi-Lo Gambler that will contribute 10%). Money staked on Video poker games will contribute 10%, Blackjack games 5% and money staked on Roulette will not count at all.


Only one bonus can be active at any one time unless we state otherwise.


IP&S Ltd reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to players. However, IP&S Ltd will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the players of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination.


IP&S Ltd reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that the player or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which in IP&S Ltd’s sole discretion deem to be abusive, IP&S Ltd reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player(s) to the promotion.

14.1.15 Tax Information

Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole responsibility.


In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of all deposit matched bonus. Any cash-in derived from bets larger than these limits before playthrough requirements for that bonus have been met will be void. The value of the cash deposit will remain on the account but bonus balances will be forfeited.

There is a maximum stake of £50 per bet until the playthrough requirement has been met. For the purposes of this rule a Bet is defined as one roulette spin, one dealt hand in any table game, one slot spin or one play of an instant win game (this includes multi-hand/play games).

14.2 Vegas Bonus

This offer is only available to site members.

All Vegas bonus will be paid into Vegas bonus balance and will not be transferrable to cash until the Wagering Requirements have been met. Free Vegas bonus must be wagered 50 times and Vegas Deposit Bonus 35 times on Vegas games* before any bonus funds and any winnings will be transferred to the cash balance.

Wagering Requirements for free funds must be met within 3 days, and for deposit bonus within 30 days or the bonus will expire and all bonus funds will be removed from the account.

The maximum withdrawal for a non-depositing player is capped at £20. If the player has met the Wagering Requirements and has a balance of more than £20 cash at the time of their first deposit, then any withdrawals for more than this amount will be rejected.
